At this stage, most of the Trust’s work is carried out by volunteers. The primary coordination and leadership are provided by the Chairperson, Dr. Fatima Mohammed Alkali, and the Secretary of the Trust, Engineer Sanusi Mohammed Alkali, supported by a small network of dedicated volunteers.
Our partners at Bin-Dawood Hospital, Maiduguri, play a crucial role in implementation, with almost all activities carried out by volunteer clinicians and healthcare staff.
We also receive valuable support from community members, family, and friends who contribute their time, expertise, and connections. As the Trust expands, we aim to build a larger, more structured team to reach more communities across Nigeria.
